Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Customer shall reasonably ensure that the Product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. In case a customer found the product’s packaging is damaged or tampered then the customer has to inform about this to the company within next 24 hours through email to the company and accordingly company will process his return of products.

  • Cancellation of transaction / orders

4.1

Cancellation by Company: There may be certain orders that Company is unable to accept and has the right to cancel by the Company. The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in a Customer’s order being canceled include, without limitation, non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by the Customer or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. The company may also require additional verifications or information before processing any order. All such cancellation shall be without any recourse to Customer and without any liability to the Company or to Company. If the Customer’s order is so canceled, after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed/remitted to the Customer either to the bank account provided by the Customer for such reversal, or to the payment instrument of the Customer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Customer. The company shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options. In the event a promotional code given by Company is used for the purchase of the Product, the amount under such promotional code shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order. The above is the sole remedy of the Customer and the sole liability of the Company and sole responsibility of Company for any cancellation of the purchase order by the Company or otherwise other than by the Customer.

In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product or service information, SKY ENTERPRISES may, at its discretion, either contact Customer for instructions or cancel Your order and notify Customer of such cancellation. SKY ENTERPRISES will have the right to modify the price of the product or service and contact the Customer for further instructions via the e-mail address provided by Customer at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify Customer of such cancellation. If SKY ENTERPRISES cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be remitted to your account from which the payment was made.

  • Ordering

Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of SKY ENTERPRISES before the Customer proceeds to pay for Your purchase. In the event case, Your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request the Customer to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant’s delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by SKY ENTERPRISES, in such cases, SKY ENTERPRISES will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. SKY ENTERPRISES doesn’t deliver items internationally. However, Customer can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but at the same time ensure the shipping address is within India.

In case Customers book multiple orders for the Products and Services in one transaction, SKY ENTERPRISES would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If the Customer purchases multiple Products in a single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by the Customer. SKY ENTERPRISES will provide exchange/return of products after receiving the product from the customer in the next 20-25 working days from the date of receipt of returned/exchanged product. SKY ENTERPRISES will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. In the event SKY ENTERPRISES is unable to do so, SKY ENTERPRISES will notify the Customer regarding the same, and the Customer will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in the Customer respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with SKY ENTERPRISES; Products shall be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, bar codes, Customer manual, warranty card, and invoices, etc. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit; The returned products are subject to verification and checks by SKY ENTERPRISES in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by SKY ENTERPRISES, the value of such product, as originally paid by Customer during acceptance of delivery of the product or otherwise, will be credited to your account with website and Customer may purchase any other products from the amount credited. Credit will be subject to the following: If the product can be repaired by the service center, SKY ENTERPRISES would get the same repaired and send it back to the Customer. A promo code(if any), once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or SKY ENTERPRISES. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
